Marta Croll-Baehre


Marta Croll-Baehre, a Newfoundland-born poet, has been affiliated with the late April Rabbit Poetry Reading, the Tangle Collaborative Arts Event, and Poetry London. In recent years, her  work has been published in Paper Mill Press, TULIPS, Nom de Plume, and other journals. She is the 2016 winner of the Poetry London Contest and the 2016 runner-up and 2017 first-prize winner of the University of Western Ontario’s Alfred Poynt Award in Poetry. Her latest work, Limit Al Lives (co-written with Emma Croll-Baehre), probes the relationship between liminal bodies and topographical, ideological, and cultural borderlands. She will be collaborating with local poet Penn Kemp at the upcoming Couplets event on November 23rd.
