Willem James Cowan is an alternative rock artist hailing from the deep suburbs of London, Ontario. Usually backed by a trio of talented musicians known as “the Friends of the Cove” (Aidan Wasse, Keegan Marshall, and John Fellner). Together they bring you laid-back indie rock, overflowing with words and supported by one too many chords. Channeling the sounds of Rubber Soul – Era Beatles, Arcade Fire, and The Flaming Lips, Willem James Cowan and the Friends of the Cove are sure to make you feel things, and wonder just what is wrong with that guy.
